My friend, the scanner!

I almost forgot about this....especially after the $0.50 deals! But when I was in Wal-Mart the other night I noticed a ball cap that looked out of place. I thought it was cute and throw one on from time-to-time, but it was marked $9.00. I didn't care for the price, but I decided to check it on the scanner. It turned out to really be $3.00! I love those scanners. I still think we should be able to check one out as we walk in the front door though. :-)

Wal-Mart - Winter Gear

Spread throughout Wal-Mart this weekend were about ten shopping carts filled to the brim with hats, gloves, scarves and headbands for the winter. They had both children and adult sizes. All for $0.50 each!

Some were in seats with the gloves attached to matching hats or other combinations. The price still remained $0.50! Would be really good to stock up if you, or your children, are in the habit of losing winter items.

If you really dig, you can find some that are unique. I was able to find a few nice plaid prints...but those were few and far between!
